This is a strategy environment, not a chat group. Every session follows a set protocol, every member leaves with decisions, and nothing you share leaves the room without your permission.
An Elua map of your project
We bring your team and key stakeholders through Elua's process: we find the root system driving your project's hardest problem, set solution criteria, and score your options against them. You come out with a Mission Strategy Tree and a Thesis you can hand to partners, buyers and funders.

Your pod
Six to eight project leaders in compatible time zones, with a facilitator. One member brings a live decision each session and the pod works through it with them.
Network session
The whole network meets around one domain, such as water, soil or capital stacks, with a practitioner who has built it, not just studied it.
Your project's second brain
A private knowledge base for your project: calls, decisions, analyses and plans in one place. It's connected to a shared network commons, so you can ask questions of everything the network has learned.

Andrew Hewitt
Founder of Elua, a process that brings funders, doers and thinkers together around a complex problem to build a shared strategic map, so capital can flow with confidence toward the highest-leverage work. He has spent years designing purpose-driven organisations and regenerative ecosystems.
James Sol Radina
He has spent twenty-two years in personal development and ten running international retreats, holding rooms where people do their deepest work. He's on the ground at Tampah Reserve in Lombok, where he built the project's second brain, the system this network extends.
